Ms.Dorothy is an experienced , marketing and technology manager with executive and operations experiences. This has included major capital and energy cost project/program and management success. He has managed marketing design, project development and execution budgets through the $110MM level involving utility, petrochemical, pharmaceutical, HVAC and economic development initiatives. As a veteran multi-corporate manager and organizational leader with a diverse and entrepreneurial leadership background in energy efficiency, customer relationship management and owners representative/construction monitoring experience, Ms. Dorothy has successfully shaped and managed utility and corporate energy programs involving both electric and natural gas. This has included addressing operating strategies, renewable energy, energy conservation equipment performance improvement capacity and incorporating regulatory energy policy. He has worked with state and local utility leaders.
